You could fill this entire list with various sells of the Stone Cold Stunner. It felt for a long time there that everyone had a bet going on with who could do the most over the top sell of it. Was one of the main reasons I watched during the attitude era; I would watch to see if Stone Cold had a match or segment and hope for a funny Stunner oversell.

Honestly, the Samoan Spike and the Cobra WOULD actually be painful if they were delivered/executed in the actual way they are intended to appear rather than in the “safer” way they actually were executed. Sure being poked in the upper chest or having a heavily taped thumb jammed in your shoulder might be a little unpleasant, and not impactful enough to genuinely hurt someone and end a match, but if both moves actually connected with the throat as they were made out to be doing, that would genuinely hurt and possibly incapacitate someone. Being struck in the throat not only hurts, but can make it hard to breathe for a moment. On paper/in theory both moves would actually be dangerous and painful if they didn’t strike the throat and not the chest/shoulder areas. Yes they may look goofy or not that devastating, but in reality, if Santino and Umaga didn’t take care to be safe and not actually hit an opponent in the throat, both moves would be painful in a real fight and could at the very least make the person you are fighting quite vulnerable. If you have never been hit in the throat with anything before, you may not realize how bad it can actually feel.
